This 30x magnification lighted loupe features 21mm Triplet Optical Glass Lens w / 6 white LED lights illuminates field of view & stones being viewed. Natural white light helps look at inclusions, perfect light for grading diamonds & other gems. It has achromatic & aplanatic optical glass magnifier, metal body, UV light (long wave) for some stones that fluoresce under UV. Triplet magnifiers (3 lens) bonded together to correct spherical & chromatic aberrations eliminating color degradation & every part of wide field of view in sharp focus for optimum chromatic performance & true color clarity. Diamonds with flourescence will appear cloudy when viewed with the UV light on.
